Lunch in Puerto Nuevo

Erendira is a small town about 3 hours South of the border on the Pacific Ocean side of the Baja Peninsula. We meet the morning of the first day of the Convoy in San Diego. You will need to have a passport book and a Mexican fishing license before the trip date.

We can stop (if needed) to get Mexican Pesos before we cross (much better exchange in the US side).  We will all pull over to get your Mexican tourist card (free) at Mexican customs once we cross the border.

You will need some cash for tipping, shopping and meals.  Always handy to have to emergency cash in case you need it.  ATMs are available in Ensenada if you need to use them

We run our convoys family style.  The gourp pitches in and cooks at the camp or we will go into town to eat at the local restaurants.  On our way down to Erendira we can pull over a market to get your favorite beers, soft drinks and whatever snacks that entice you.

Targeting: Rock cod, ling cod, variety of bass, halibut, sheepshead and maybe even yellowtail! Tuna may also be available farther offshore at an additional cost.

More information will be provided once you are booked on this fun packed trip!
